The much awaited Sahajyoga seminar took place on 10 Mar 2013. Most members of the Pondicherry collective came together to participate in the seminar. It was conducted in a simple manner by Shri Sivasankar from the Hyderabad collective.
Some of the important lessons are listed as under:

  • We are all born again in the sahasrara and the rebirth has been given to us by Sri Mataji Nirmala Devi. Therefore we all are brothers and sisters born to our  Mother and Guru Sri Mataji Nirmala Devi.
  • It is our most important assignment to mediate regularly and cleanse our Chakras daily so that our Kundalini Ma passes freely without any resistance through the central passage of Sushumna to its ultimate destination at the Sahasrara.
  • The most crucial bottleneck in this great journey is at the Agneya Chakra. The bottleneck has been created by the ballooning Ego and Super Ego on either side of the Sushumna. To reduce the bottleneck we need to deflate these barriers, to create an opening. To do that we need  to learn to forgive everyone, including ourselves. Jesus Christ happens to be guarding the Agneya and he does not allow further passage to Sahasrara and beyond if the seeker is unwilling to forgive.
It is not an exaggeration to say that the basis of Sahajyog lies in forgiveness.
  • In her famous speech in 2003 at Los Angeles, Sri Mataji promised us that each and every Sahaj yogi has a great destiny. She implored her children not to worry about petty issues like money, material comforts, jobs, marriage...etc but to learn to awaken unconditional love within ourselves.
  • Once we learn to increase the thoughtless moments in our meditation the next target is to achieve doubtless awareness in our meditation.
  • Once we are able to transform ourselves by feeling unconditional love we begin to see the manifestation of all the qualities of each Chakra. The deities within us begin to assert their presence.
  • When this transformation takes place the Paramchaitanya eagerly rushes forward and all our worldly issues, challenges and problems are taken care of.
    (to be contd)
